“ Loving the Prophet Whole-💜edly”

Walking back from Taraweeh, these past nights when we look up ☝🏼at the sky …we see the different stages 🌑🌘🌗🌖🌕of the moon.

And what a beauty its is when it is a full 🌝moon ..round, bright… illuminating ✨the 🎑skies.

That beauty is no match to that of the physical 🌺beauty of the Prophet ﷺ. He was described by all those who saw him as the most handsome 🍃person they had laid eyes 👓on, but more importantly his character 💜shone through💫… attested by both friends and foes, children and elders, men and women, Muslims and 🚩non-Muslims.

He was the 🎈 kindest, bravest, most generous 🎐soul . His emotional intelligence 💌surpassed any human being. He excelled in all areas: husband 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦& father, 👨🏽‍🏫educator, head of state, military leader, politician/diplomat👨🏻‍💼, and so on.

Our faith is not complete until we love ♥him more than our 👫family, friends and even our own selves.

Yet how do we profess our love for Him without 📚knowing him? Without emulating 💯his sunnah? Without 📜studying his seerah and 🌅his life?

Love❤ is manifested through 💁🏻‍♂actions. If we took the time to know him, we would appreciate his 🌻sacrifice and his 🕋prophethood. We would understand the Mercy 🕊that Allah bestowed upon us and why he chose this ummah, His ummah 🦋to be the best for mankind.

In turn we can gain a deeper 💆🏽‍♀understanding of his sunnah. Knowing that sunnah is not just the “extras”, “optionals” and the “recommended 🏆actions”. But also the obligatory sunnah & the different levels of worship. We can worship Allah more efficiently by knowing which actions reap the most 💖reward and place in the highest 🔖ranks in jannah.

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي لَقِيتُ إِخْوَانِي قَالَ فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوَلَيْسَ نَحْنُ إِخْوَانَكَ قَالَ * *أَنْتُمْ أَصْحَابِي وَلَكِنْ إِخْوَانِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا بِي وَلَمْ يَرَوْنِي ي
Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I wish I could meet my brothers.” The Prophet’s companions said, “Are we not your brothers?” The Prophet said, “ You are my companions, but my brothers are those who have faith 💙in me although they never saw me .”

Increase your 💞love of the Prophet by: studying 📔his Seerah , following his sunnah and lastly continuously sending prayers and blessings on Him especially on Fridays.
